How it Works
You will receive an email from Personalised Memento regarding your order where you will be asked to supply the image of your choice. Make sure you’re the owner of the photo you’re uploading and obtain permission to use it by anyone who appears in it. As soon as we receive your image, we’ll process your order and despatch your order.
So that we can achieve a finished product you’ll be super happy with, please supply the highest resolution image possible.
*Just so you know, if we don’t receive your photo within 3 days the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email.*
In order to customise your gifts, we may need to process personal data including, but not limited to, names, images and/or other content submitted by you. By submitting this data, you agree and consent to the processing of any personal data contained within the email for this purpose in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If the content you submit includes third party data such as name or images, you acknowledge and agree that you have permission to share this data with us.
